1. Standard Return Window
Phonex offers a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for most products, provided they meet our eligibility criteria.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
- The product must be entirely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all intact factory seals. Open-box devices cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind.
- All accessories, tags, manuals, and promotional free gifts must be included in the return package.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be presented.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken manufacturer seals or missing original packaging.
- Activated devices (e.g., Apple products, smartphones) or downloaded software.
- Items damaged by customer mishandling, power surges, or water exposure.
- Products specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective out of the box or Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a diagnostic check. If confirmed defective by our technicians, we will provide a brand new replacement at no extra cost.
5. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our support team via phone or email within the 3-day window.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product condition and the issue.
- Step 3: Once initially approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our designated facility. You may also drop it off at our physical store.
- Step 4: Our quality control team will inspect the item. If it passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer or Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to securely reflect in your account after the item has been inspected and approved.
