• While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the true color or exact details of the products.

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Phonex.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad), bank transfers, and authorized credit/debit cards.
• For high-value items ordered via COD, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud suspicion or product unavailability.

• We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh using trusted third-party courier services.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Phonex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service or products purchased.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
