Phonex delivers across Bangladesh. Orders are shipped to your provided address after order confirmation and payment verification (where applicable).

• Demra, Savar, Gazipur, and Keraniganj: ৳90
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130
• Final delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your district and area.

• Inside Dhaka: 0–2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, courier schedules, or holidays.

• Orders are processed after confirmation and stock verification.
• You will receive updates via phone/SMS when your order is dispatched.
• Use our Track Order page with your order details to check status.

• Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.
• Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address.
• For high-value items, identity verification may be required upon delivery.
